You have children whose identities are confused because you are still guessing your own destiny... Don't you know they will end up drawing from you?

At birth you have no word and no clue what they will become or why they have been sent to earth. This is because, you have no connection to "Abba" the source through which all things come.

You gave your children names not out of any deep intuition or spiritual interpretation but because it "Sounds nice", it's your favourite Celeb's name or the name of the city where the " action" took place. Really?!

Your children grew up in other people's hands. You have no time, no input and definitely no relationship with your children.

Well, I think you had some kind of twisted relationship... Like when you wanna send them on an errand, when you wanna scold them for something they did wrong or when you are generally in a "good mood"

When everything your children know, they learnt from others... They learn from siblings, friends, teachers, novels, movies and other people's fathers.

You have NO direct or intentional contribution to the education or growth of your children Physically, Socially, Mentally and Emotionally.

Yeah, you pride yourself in the fact that you paid their school fees, clothe them, feed then and house them.

Sorry sir, strangers do that for other strangers in refugee camps!

When your child cannot make a mistake. Every mistake looks like a pit of eternal damnation to you. You judge their past and conclude their future from one little mistake in the present.

Your children look at you and they can't see love  in your eyes. Little wonder, they can't believe God is a loving father. Since they have no physical representation of Him in you.

All they know is a Thor... A thunder-striking, axe-bearing, big muscle-chested, deep-voiced guy who bosses everyone around...including mummy (unfortunately sometimes)


Father oh... Father indeed!
You have not loved, mentored, supported or assisted the child in anyway. You even make mockery of anything he tries to do. You make him feel bad he is trying to do anything at all.

Hmm... It is either that your mind has not shifted to fact that your little boy is growing to being a man or your ego cannot accommodate another man in the territory....

Support the child... You won't!
Release the child... No way!

Then you clip his wings, tie him down, you frustrate him, you even distract him, you make his labour harder.

His path you have not cleared for him, he is trying to clear it for himself; your are not assisting and yet you are not leaving him alone. You burden him with your numerous requests and nevertheless brandishing in his eyes your own achievements.

You are happy being the Lord of all...
The most celebrated... Receiving all the accolades...
Everything is yours...
My TV, My Car, My House, My Company, My Platform, My Territory, My Culture, My every thing... Well done sir! Let's all worship you! Right?!
Ask King Solomon, he will give you the gist. How vain and futile it is to achieve so much and yet unsure if your successor will be foolish or wise.

So You Call Yourself a Father?!
After the boy has struggled and has through God's help made it happen for himself... Then you smile, call him and pat him on the back, introduce him to the world and say in your baritone voice "Yeah... That's my boy!"

I hope there is special cane in heaven for those fathers who bear the title but never stayed in their offices or carried out their responsibilities.

Just Saying... No Politics Attached!

We know that times have suddenly become hard in Nigeria, so why make it harder by your own terrible reactions. Totally neglecting the place of sanity, fair judgment and excellence.

The pointing finger goes to Buhari. Nevertheless, I have come to know that a person does not make a nation. The direct effect of whatever happening is a result of people's wicked reactions to the nation's hullabaloo.

If Buhari is the SI unit for everything not good in this country right now then so many people I have seen lately need rechristening!

You are a Buhari, if you change the charges on your services that have no direct dependence on petrol. Even if it does, a fair enough addition is worthy.

Madam Business Woman, cash madam as you are fondly called. You bought at the price when fuel had not gone up, you are selling at the no subsidy price. You simply joined the people who have bought at the new price. Yet you consider it a smart move. You are wicked, and your new name is Buhari!

You are a Buhari, if as a Doctor, you want money first without any value for life. Claiming that you don't run a charity organization. Remember your oath!

You are a Buhari , you the lazy Road Traffic Officer sitting down  and watching your duty without any prick of conscience. You jump out like a crazy bull to attack when something happens!

You are a Buhari, you employer micromanaging and as such over laboring your staff. No equipment to use, no motivation and yet you demand productivity. There's a name for you... Taskmaster!

This list quite endless now. So check yourself, check your neighbor, probably check your neighborhood. Let the naming ceremony begin!

Like the title, I am just saying... No politics attached. If Buhari is the SI unit for everything not good in this country right now, then so many people I have seen lately need renaming!

Excellence is a force
that leaves an indelible mark on anything and anyone that crosses it field.
Generating the force field might be herculean,
But it effects resonates very far and very high.
Definitely at high frequencies for kings and not mere men!

Excellence is like a well prepared meal.
Not just a meal for the aroma, but one for the taste buds.
There is stress in selecting the best ingredients, and thought toils in getting the right proportions.
Nevertheless it is worth it not the tummy of the hungry but for the filled in search of quality!.
When hunger is satisfied by quantity, the taste buds of a filled man cries for quality oh quality!

MEEKNESS... Power On Leash!

Meekness is a possible attribute of human nature and behavior. It has been defined several ways: righteous, humble, teachable, and patient under suffering, long suffering willing to follow gospel teachings; an attribute of a true disciple.

Meekness is not cowardice neither is meekness a weakness. Rather meekness is absolute strength under absolute control. It just towing the more honorable path of obedience not obeisance (worship). It is respect not fear. It is seeking peace not piety.

Being meek does mean one lacks power. Being silent does not mean one lack words. Sometimes, we need to keep quiet and watch, not because we don't know or have what to say, but because we want the identity of the fool to be clear!
Silence and meekness is the way of the wise. Even a fool is esteemed wise when he keeps his mouth shut.

Wisdom says there is power in silence. We are not afraid of the person that has spoken. We are more scared of the person who heard and gave no reply!

Once again,

The air requires nothing from you, but it gives you itself totally. You don't need to see it to feel it. The air is everywhere... So is the intent of the Creator for Love; To garnish and galvanize our world with bliss and beauty...like the air!

We don't need valentine's day or any other day show love, true love is Karios... Simply Timeless like the air!

Love can only be measured by gifts! Yes, absolutely! I don't mean things that money can buy like red roses, pointed shoes, stuffed bears and goody bags. Life's  greatest gifts are timeless, priceless and eternal like the air!

The romance of your dreams in your mind is not a justification for the actualization of it. Dreams are birthed on the premise of dogma. A great determination is often a launch pad to great accomplishments.

There is so much man can achieve. The potentials of the human mind are simply beyond words. But the delivery of these potentials is hinged on harnessing these priceless deposits imbedded on your inside.

The MANIFESTATION is not as important as the  MAKING. While it is good to dream of the PRESENTATION, stay through to the REHEARSAL. If it fails in the factory, it would fail on the shelf.

THROTTLE DOWN... Get Your Drive on!

This is my first post this year so permit me to say Happy New year to you. So many wishes have gone ahead already into the year from various sources; your friends, family, well wishers, men of God in various sects and most importantly yourself. Of course, I want to believe you wished yourself something. I would like to say a big "AMEN" to all of them.

I woke up two Sundays ago and said to my wife "Happy new month!" She was like "what?! Which new month?" I said we are in February. She said "already?!" I said yeah already.

I am sure a lot of people felt the same way too. The year is running... running really fast. So grab your resolutions list  a check whether you have even started your year at all.

Here is what I have rediscovered " wishing would move you no where". Creating and writing a barrage of visions wouldn't bring them to pass. Confessions would also be like the blabs of a toddler that only results in a jest. Prayers are good... really good. Believe me I like to pray. But I think God does not print dollars neither does he help people share CV. In summary ONLY you have the power to bring your desires to pass. Help can come... as the name implies it is help. The grease helps the tires roll smoothly but the tires must roll!

Whatever you need to do today don't wait for another day. Do it today! Procrastination will simply turn your goals to empty promises that will never be fulfilled. The wise man said "hope differed makes the heart grow fonder". I will say, dreams not forthcoming can frustrate the mind. So give productivity to the ideas and dreams in your mind with a passionate physical push. GO ALL THE WAY!

Every worthy pursuit no matter what it is, requires passion. Without passion there is no luster (no attraction). Pursue it with passion and "magic" will happen.
Do you really want that change this year?
How bad do you want it?
Convert that strong DESIRE into a strong DRIVE.
Go for it... Be grateful along the way... but keep going.
You think the year has just started?...Think again!
The year is already running. You need to catch up and overtake.
